Founded in 2011 by Senior Strategic Business Advisor Fran Savage, Break Free Solutions is a consultancy agency providing support and strategies to micro, small and medium businesses Australia-wide to facilitate their resilience, sustainability and growth.

As a former business advisor approved and contracted to government funded small business support programs, Fran has worked with over 100 small businesses to secure their businesses during economic downturns and those who want to start a new business. Through all stages of the business cycle from Intenders to Startups to Established Businesses to Exiters, Fran has assisted business owners to navigate what can be quite a complex path.

She brings a ‘next steps’ Action Plan to all sessions to ensure clients know what is the next most important area of business to address (and how) in a long range plan to address all areas and create a holistic approach to business life. Business education is always incorporated to ensure clients have a total understanding of their business regardless of the type of industry, across hospitality, retail, trades such as carpentry, electrical services, outback station-hands, wholesale businesses such as meat-processing, aged care just to name a few.

As a qualified life, business & executive coach, Fran brings not only business process education but also fresh insights into what holds business owners back in their psyche and assists them to manage their emotions and past stresses as they progress towards their personal goals and a more fulfilling business workplace.

In a former role dating back to 2006, Fran worked with major clients on their  customer service delivery projects eg Westpac Bank, Krispy Kreme, Plush Sofas, Space Furniture, Westfield Hornsby, Peter Alexander, Queensland Teachers Credit Union, Sydney Airport and many more. Since then she has worked with business clients in Port Macquarie, Sydney and across the Far West of NSW including a major hospitality business for which she took on the role of General Manager to trade it out of a desperate financial situation.

With both regional and urban business experience, she is familiar with business trends and problems encountered in all areas of Australia and keen to see clients establish financially viable businesses that create job opportunities and support the Australian economy.
