The next course is commencing on 13th August 2018, 7 pm – 8 pm.

This program delivers the KISS principle of business, making the complex simple. That means there’s no fluffing or padding, no teaching what you don’t really need. This program, if undertaken over the year, will ensure you have a completed detailed business plan that would satisfy financing requirements and best of all you’ll have full awareness of the scope of your business and the pitfalls you may encounter and how to navigate those pitfalls.

The difference this program offers is a change in the way you think and the way you normally operate your business. The do’s and don’t’s of business are important and your mindset is equally important so transformational models of leadership are included in this program. It’s a methodical program that, in its first month explores values, vision and goals with following months defining structure, operations, efficiencies, finances, marketing, sales and staffing.

The program is conducted live via Teamviewer which is free for you to download and later this year, the program will be available by recordings for members of this online club.
